PLACEMENTS

• The Training & Placement Cell plays a very important and key role in motivating, guiding and facilitating the placement of students which is a crucial interface between the stages of completion of academic program and their entry into suitable employment.
  The Cell aims at Facilitating and helping students in getting placed in respectable organizations of their choice..
• Enlighten the students on the higher educational opportunities in India and abroad
• Career counseling by organizing guidance lectures by senior corporate executives, Consultants, Soft Skill Development Consultants etc.
• Preparing students to appear for recruitment by developing their soft skills like communication abilities, personality development etc. through Aptitude Test training, Group Discussions, Extempore, Just a Minute sessions and mock interviews
• Invite industries and prospective employers to organize campus interviews for pre-final and final year students
• Liaise with other Colleges for off campus placement drives/Job Fairs etc.

Activities on Training & Placement

• The students are trained on soft skills, interpersonal relationships, personality development and Aptitude Test training.
• Efforts are on continuously to bring companies to the campus for placements.
• The College coordinates with other colleges and agencies in Kerala for sending students for off campus drives. The students are provided to and fro bus facility by the College for the above drives with faculty members of the Placement Cell accompanying the students.
• College Library subscribes to Employment News, Opportunities, and Opportunities abroad, Thozyil Vartha, and Thozyil veethi for reference.
