Faculty Development Programs
We believe that the most important asset of an institution for technical education is its learned and experienced faculty. It is essential for such faculty to keep pace with technological changes in their field. We motivate our staff to update their skill and knowledge by sponsoring them to attend refresher courses, summer and winter schools and other training programs. As a policy our institution encourages skill up gradation of our faculty by sponsoring them for higher education in reputed institutes.

Group Tutor System
We have faith in the ancient Gurukula tradition Where the Guru lay stress on the overall development and welfare of their disciples. We follow the group tutor system where the students are divided in to small groups and each group is put under a group tutor. The Tutor acts as a mentor of the group, is responsible for overall progress of students in that group.
